What is DEAP conversations?

I’m John Acton, and I created DEAP conversations to help businesses and individuals to engage with a performance review process that's simple, effective, and guaranteed to deliver results. DEAP conversations re-engages those who have become disillusioned with the annual performance review 'performance'.
